I know a few of you have used him for shoots just wondering what you thought of his work how much he charges and how did you get in contact with him ? just had a quick look at his web site and couldnt find any details. Want to take a few happy snaps before my baby leaves me for good :boohoo:

:wavey: I'm a mate of his.

His work is amazing. Brilliant. Check out the current issue of speed. He shot the cover car. Shot a total of 5 cars for that one issue.

All amazing shots. His dynamic shots are unbelievable.

Speed use him frequently, as does Motor and Wheels.

email him: [email protected]

I personally am not a fan of his work. Uses photoshop and too many tools to edit the photos too much. If you refer to almost all of his work in magazines, there's rarely just a normal shot of the car. I've know of two people who has used him, and weren't too impressed as there weren't many "normal" clean shots of the overall car.

I personally don't like the arty type work either... however, if you like his styles of photos, then you should use him and get photos of your car :O:):( He's certainly a very very successfull photographer, and is better than most photographers I know, I just don't like his 'style'.

if you want a normal shot of the car just take the photo yourself and save yourself the money...

ok... now I just have to let ya know he does NOT use photoshop much at all. His motion shots are real, not photoshopped.

I've witnessed him take photo's in real life. Have you?

He shot my car for tunerzine.com. I'm a fan of his work, and it appears that so is SPEED and Motor. He shot 5 cars for the last issue of SPEED, and got the cover car.

I wish I was in his shoes. He's as pro as pro can be.

in my opinion its all shutter speeds that are used when his shooting this requires a bit of talent with the lens . there are somethings that photoshop cant duplicate without being obvious.

Hi guys,

My name is Dean Summers. I currently shoot for Fast Fours, Autosalon, Speed and MaxPower Magazine.

I find Easton's work fresh and very creative.

Considering Easton's has only been doing professional photography for a short time, he's doing extremely well. Magazine editors just done by anyones photos.

I know a number of photographers including myself appriciate his tallent with and without the use of photoshop.

I utilise photoshop if I think it will give that extra feel/mood to the photo.

My two cents...

    • Great write ups / details / photos. I'm sort of on the road to E90 ownership (325i or 330i), haven't hit the fork in the road yet "Yes" | "No", and some of the issues you've faced have me nervous for the age these are getting to nowadays (that wiring, jesus), but I'm guessing the pro's of ownership are still outweighing the con's? Of course, if the bloody tattslotto ROI actually went my way...E90 M3. And I'd have the cash to do all the extra lovely maintenance THOSE require. 😄
