Quick question.

2 pit crew and 3 spectators - is that included in the $220?

Also - what exactly does the pit crew do? (I've never been at a drag meet before).

Yes that's included.

btw it's looking like we may have about 4 10 second cars and maybe a couple of 8 second cars so there will be some spectating worth doing for drivers, pitt crew and named spectators only of course.

For an ordinary car pit crew do bugger all, but for the more serious guys it might be your mechanic or friend who helped build the car or something. They are sort of the outside the car eyes and ears making sure everything is bolted down and not leaking or anything.

Can I just point out that around 40 runs in a day is $5 a run. Better value than a street meet.

We've got to get some more deposits in guys to make this happen.

Plenty of spots. Lots of talkers not so many depositors.

If the day is cancelled due to rain we will get another day free.

If it's cancelled for any other reason, money will be refunded in full. I don't think this will happen though. Heaps a of interest, we just need people to get some banking done.
