It's a common problem Timmy...  People come in here and take Erin the wrong way because they think females are less of a person than them...  When in fact she is the backbone of what SAU does here in QLD...

n00b started it...  My area, I finish it...

i wish i could see erins backbone, would be something interesting to watch

Strutto, you're a weak moderator, dont know you, dont want to know you. You're just to easily wound up, or didn't ur gf give u any....do u have a gf????probly not...anyway....bye to Sau...i'll find a more organised forum elsewhere...hey already have one.......whatever......

Sorry for the misunderstanding NismoGirl, just had a bad day....

:D <<<<

A bad day? I think a bad sad life.:) I hope you dont post again we dont need your imput, to what IMO, is one of the best sites for enthusiaists on the web! This is a public forum so you've shown the world what a great site you represent.

I think Strutto sumed it up pretty good. Hes some new bloke jumping on here just posting a cruise from another site just to get numbers up. Nice enough jesture. But yeah, should be nice to Erin, she is a very nice person.

Uhm... I actually posted the Byron Bay Cruise a few months back... 16 March 2005 to be exact. But seeming I didn't want to give like 4 months notice, I left it in the members section until one month before the actual cruise.

Perception of text is a great thing. I wasn't being rude, ignorant, bitchy, I was simply just informing you that we had an SAu cruise organised for that day.

get over it buddy, you are acting so childish about the whole situation. no one said you were not allowed to organise a cruise the same date as this club (Skylines Australia (Qld))

We would hope that the club members and general forum members would choose to attend our events as we put time and effort into finding new and interesting places to cruise to and experience.

Lastly you are new to the forums, you have but a handfull of posts to your name, letalone time spent on these forums or attendance to events so that people know who you are. Perhaps you should respect some of the more established members on these forums, not only have they been using them longer, but they have also owned their cars and possesed their licences longer too.

In summing up, grow up, act your age. If you want to take it up further with me, feel free to attend the byron bay cruise..... leave ya keyboard at home.

hence my suggestion to post the date of member events in here so that non-members at least knew what was happening, encourage them to join :) and clashes like this didn't occur.

    • UPDATE: Hi all!  As we are getting towards the end of this thread where I’ll showcase final dyno numbers and graph, I wanted to provide an update. Tao from HyperGear has done an amazing job building the custom divided T3 housing for the G30. Communication was flawless, price was great, and now the housing is estimated to arrive in 7-10 days! Very very pleased. I must add, if someone is looking for an affordable turbo and end up reading this thread, I would recommend HyperGear. Genuine brands are the way to go as their proven reliability, predictable performance, and there’s a plethora of information available for specs, flow, and more. This HyperGear recommendation is based on their excellent communication, dedication, and willingness to listen to their customers. I particularly liked their ability to create custom adaptations tailored to specific needs, which is a HUGE benefit over other brands. And if we consider the HyperGear provided dyno results, it adds reassurance knowing their turbos can compete against genuine brands. Next update will be after the dyno!
    • I've previously seen people post up "dress up bolt kits" for RBs but don't remember seeing them specify the full contents. I can only really suggest you grab the verniers and start measuring, and keep in mind the cam cover and timing cover bolts are both quite specific with a wider unthreaded section where the bushes sit, that will make it hard to get aftermarket replacements which tend to be all thread (set screws) or for longer bolts a flat section with a shorter threaded section at the end
    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
