Turbo???

Hey all just wondering if anyone knows what turbo ive got. On the little blue plate on the housing it says"powers turbo". Underneath that it says" powers high response series". does anyone know what exactly what turbo it is? its on an rb25 head. Anyone know a site. Tried a search but found nothing.

the turbo doesn't seem very new, but it aslo doesn't look heaps old either, if that makes sense
