Id like to change the seats in my r32gtr so, does anyone have these seats in their car?

how good are they?

Just make sure you can get a permit for them.

I read somewhere some seats arent road worthy.

yeah they are ADR approved, u will find that the bas of them is too thick and if ur tall, u will hit ur head on the roof, hence why my pair are still sitting on the garage floor, if ur not that tall than it wont be an issue, they are really good value for money seats.

also, would i need a seat rail?

Yes they are good seats, you might be able to find a pair at you local Autobarn.

You will unfortunately need rails as well, which can be up to $250 a side Unfortunately Skylines have wierd unflat floors which mean that generic rails will not go in without modification.

personally i think those seats look cheap and the std ones are much better, the support will most likley be the same so id stick with the std ones

hmm, i suppose i just might get the stock ones retrimmed, ill see what happenes.

i have heard a couple of bad stories about those seats, i just wanted to make sure.

no bad stories about the seats from me. They are fully ADR approved unlike most cheap seats, and we have used them in the race cars for the last 2 years, including a failry big crash at Targa last year. They are strong and safe
