Painting Calipers

Hi Guys

Im looking for someone in Melbourne who wants to make some $$ painting my calipers red for me please. Business/Individual.. I dont mind long as it looks cool

I know theres some great documentation on this site on doing it mysef.. but I have a tendency to stuff these types of things up

So if anyones interested in doing it for me, let me know how much $$ it will cost please. Also if they can provide the paint/woteva else I need that'd be great.

I'd just prefer to pay one of you guys and have it done right/looking cool

do it yourself man seriously, its fun and easy plus theres not a lot that can go wrong.

You can do it in one day easy, its just annoying having to jack the car up and do each calliper. Just sand paper it good to get any dust off. Primer it, then 2 coats of paint. What i then did was get a very hard roller painter thing. White paint, and rolled it lightly on the nissan many times so now i got Red Callipers with Nissan in White. Took some time, but looks sweet.

Guys if you need someone to do it let me know I live in bundoora & work at repco so I can get cheep bits for ya + give me a little cash and help your self it would take a couple of hours

How durable is the paint that ppl use. Do they start to flake after a few thousand kms and a few hits of wheels cleaner?

get the heat resistant stuff, like 600 degrees or something, and after i had finsished i went for a drive for a few hours using some heavy braking and curing the paint.
