it says "bills/notices prohibited" and below says "saitama prefecture police" (basically saying - 'no flyers etc, here')

Thanks DaiOni. I wasn't expecting that though!!! It was stuck to the firewall in the engine bay of my HR31 Skyline!!! Any ideas why/for what reason????? Could it be a kind of "Defect cleared" notice maybe?

Cause in my GTST sitting behind the aircon vent I found a small packet of something, I made the mistake of opening it and it was something that used to be a beef treat or something that smelt worse driving past eastern creek. DAMN! that stunk

and in my newly arrived GTR i was cleaning around and I found a small orange cushion with writing on it in a plastice sleeve jammed down the side of the drivers side seat belt holder

my friend said it was something like a good luck charm

cool... i found a sticker on my dash cluster, it was in japanese tho, i still dont know what it is. but when i got my GTR32 i was cleaning it out, i found half a hard pack of cigaretts in the back. so i gave them to a mate and told him to smoke them. he did, and said they tast stupid... also i found hair...
