Do you know what happen if I convert to manual n did not change my auto diff to a proper manual diff?

Is there any difference between R33 diff from cars with ABS and cars without ABS?

Thx for the info Meggala... I can then keep my diff, no point spending $$ on a manual diff then. That would not throw my

speedo accuracy away, isn't it??? Cause speed sensor is

not taken from the rear wheels?

MrMayhem, if the ABS sensor IS on the nose of the diff, then I might as well keep my diff as sourcing a 2nd hand manual diff I might end up getting a non ABS one. But I think ABS sensor should be on the 4 wheels, coz on the diff doesn't make sense to me, as a good ABS system should be able to apply different brake pressure to different wheels depending which one is locking.

Basically, if we do the maths....

4.3/4.1=1.049 (4.9% increase)

So if a manual skylines doing +/- 2500rpm at 100km/h,

then with a 4.3 diff it should be doing 2622rpm at

the same speed...

Also means top speed will be reduced by 5%...

But at 250 or 270km/h @ 7000rpm, anyone would be mad to

try that
