hi guys who can tell me seriously, lets say some one i know was caught doing 100kph in a 60 zone ( laser gun) and was not given a speeding ticket BUT was told that they would hear about it in the mail eg summons.AND lets say this person in question only had 4points left. AND lets say the officer told them that they were being done for dangerous driving? WELL what chances does this person have in gettin their licence back???? please NO smart ass comments. :wassup:

I would advise you to un-know them real quick because they will be asking for others to give them a ride for a while.

If you (your friend) have access to good lawers it may help reduce the sentence, but be prepared to pay.

Regardless of lawyer, if you are convicted of "driving in a manner dangerous", there is a MINIMUM MANDATORY disqualification of 6 months.

No lawyer can get you out of that - they may however get you a deal for pleading guilty to a lesser charge.

89 in a 60 and got it back just had to get a leter from my boss stating

i need my license for work and got it back.

40km over now is classed as driving in a manner dangerous to public. Loss of license. Mate of mine got done for this between Pt Agusta and Whyalla while passing a road train. Tried to appeal. No joy.
