change the hubs on the 86 and chuck them on it

meh don't really care what wheels go on the 86 atm. Just wanna get the engine and the drivetrain working properly. Looking around for a 1.5 or 2 way LSD in japan that'll fit the existing solid rear axle, if not chuck it out and put the hilux diff in. But its already got disc brakes so it might turn out to be a Jap diff, in which case any Kaaz or TRD or any other LSD make in japan should fit it. Got a sawsall as well in the workshop, so we should be able to do some ghetto widebodying if required.

I guess I should get them tanabe rims or someshit to fit in with the rest of the AE86 fanboys, I'd prefer some gram lights or some proper lightweight forgies but the way I drive and the cost don't make it a sensible choice

Anyways, narkeh, so did you get that shell or what? quit being such a procrastinating bitch and just stick to something, one minute you want an uber ceffy, then you want a vip cima, now you want an ae86 project. if thats what you decide on, you might as well wait for mine to be finished so you know what to and what not to do.
