I have an MR30 sedan and was wondering if there is a replacement diff that i can get to upgrade to an LSD? I have installed coil overs and adjustable shocks, the car looks great (its about 4, to 4.5 inches lower  ) and handles pretty well but without an LSD it tends to understeer slightly into the corner, become nutral through the apex and then lifts the inside rear wheel and spins it when accelerating out of the apex. An LSD would really give full driver controll of the under/oversteer and make the whole package come together. I dont really want to spend a fortune, so is there a factory LSD i can pick up cheap or will i need an aftermarket item? Any help would be great,

thanks,

chris

There is a factory R200 LSD (as fitted to the DR30), and you can also get factory R180 LSD's (from 910 Bluebird Turbo's) too.

Neither are cheap....

The 'easiest' option is to get a complete DR30 rear end - this will give you larger rear discs, a 3.9:1 R200 LSD & 1/2 shafts to suit.

Be prepared to spend $1500 to set yourself up.

OK, thanks for the info. If i can get my hands on a DR30 rear end how good are the LSD's? Are there any obvious problems etc. to look for when buying one? Thanks again,

chris
