I've put up a thread on nissansilvia.com, basically i just want to see how far we can get and i dont want to give up until there is offical word from government bodies saying why this can never happen...

I'm sure if there is enough people behind this, they will have no choice but to listen and answer our questions. So lets try and get heaps of interest, and then we'll see where we can go from there!

find a large enough commercial area, then you need to find sponsors (like tyre distributors who thrive on people burning rubber) to invest in a property, then build a track the size of a football field with soundproof walls and viewing galleries, and you're done.

Eibisu driftland's not that big a place, and if all you want to do is set up a "driftland" it dosen't have to be very large scale. Commercial areas of this size are easy to get in the heart of the city in a centralised area (your only issue would be the local council and its constituents authorising the property for motorsport use due to noise/pollution etc), then all you have to do is make sure you clear the sound and traffic regulations of the area and you're good to go. Lease parts of the property to shops such as bodykit fitters, workshops and wheel/tyre shops as well as fast food joints, so that whoever comes there has a complete solution to fitting tyres, repairing broken axles etc and visitors can get food/refreshments/merchandise etc.
