Go the RB26, mainly coz it was made for Skylines.

1 and 2 j's would be too hard, not impossible but very hard none the less as everything is on the opposite side to what nissan is. Eg turbos, inlet. This would mean swapping stuff like brake master cyclinder etc so that things dont hit against the engine.

Rb26 is the go.

RB26dett , almost a straight drop in

Of course lots of people suggest you try an RB30 with RB25det head, might wanna look into that option too if money is a concern.

Rb26DETT is easy to get reg'd in the R32.

Simply use the 32 GTR brakes and its reg'd.

The Rb30DET will need to be emission tested. RB25 & 26 doesnt.
