Key snapped in half, dont have spare... need new key made, help!

Ok not my car, but mates A31 Cefiro

Key broke in half, didnt get stuck in the lock so have both pieces out. What's the easiest way to get another key made up?

Call a locksmith out to make one from the door or ignition barrel, or take the 2 pieces of the key to a locksmith? Unfortunately the key is also twisted at the points where it's snapped.

If anyone has been through this before and can offer any advice or recommend a place to call, that would be much appreciated. Want to get this sorted asap.

take it to a keyman and show the 2 pieces and then they can cut it from there..

yeah, jsut take both bits to a keyman, and he should be able to make a copy
