the current standard is vg-3 which means your detector is detectable

I have used a detector in Victoria now for many years and have never been pulled up for it...ever. Most of them are useless for speed cameras as they only alert quite close to the camera...but better for guns. They have saved my hide a couple of times...

All this is not scientific..only personal experience.

yeah...sideys are generally easy to spot..

guess its mainly cop scare talk.. suspected it could always be.
