lou15x
Yokohama AVS (Advanced Vehicle Systems) VS-5 wheels - 17" x 8" et32mm fronts - 17" x 9" et38mm rears They were originally silver but were powdercoated in Dulux Pearl White a couple of months back. The center caps are still silver with the AVS logo. The wheels are in perfect condition except one front wheel has a 2cm long gash of powdercoating chipped off the outer rim and one rear wheel has a 18cm long gash of powdercoating chipped off the outer rim as well. To restore them to perfect finish, the powdercoating process for one wheel is about $70. Currently, the fronts wear 235/45/ZR17 Dunlop FM901s and the rears wear 245/40/ZR17 Dunlop SP8000s. The offset is suitable for Nissan S14/R32/R33/R34, Toyota JZA80 (not sure about *ZZ30 Soarers) & Mazda FD3S. I bought the wheels for $1200 and had them machined, sandblasted and powdercoated for $500 and paid $1000 for the tyres (2000kms) so all up I spent $2700. Looking for $1800 for the lot. Cheers, Louis Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/7450-avs-vs-5-mk1-wheels-w-rubber/ Share on other sites

lou15x
hi joe, yup they're the same wheels, except mine are wider and have the right offset for a late model rwd nissan... however, that price is way too low for me to consider... the tyres themselves are near new and cost $250 a piece... as mentioned b4, i'll post a ballpark figure soon... cheers, louis Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/7450-avs-vs-5-mk1-wheels-w-rubber/#findComment-109247 Share on other sites
