gday lads

i recently got a new clutch installed and as the friction point on my last clutch was quite high (mid to top) i asked for the same thing to be done again

silly me

now the clutch initiates almost as soon as the pedal is depressed and then has heaps of free play all the way down to the ground, well this simply feels shithouse and its an actual hassle to drive the car. (i've stalled 3 times in a week  )

how can i reverse this to have the grab point a lot further down like at the bottom?

is there some sort of adjustment that can be made to a cable or something

its a r33 gtst

Cheers

Jim

Split pin out, disconnect pedal, you are left with the u bracket on the end of the rod. there is a locknut on the back you need to loosen. Then turn U bracket until you have the right length, tighten lock nut and off you go :P

sure hope this makes more sense

1.Split pin out, (1)

2. disconnect pedal, (the big black thingy ;) )

3. you are left with the u bracket on the end of the rod.

4. there is a locknut on the back you need to loosen.

5. Then turn U bracket until you have the right length it moves in or out on the thread to adjust the take up point, (3 again)

6. tighten lock nut and off you go (4 again)

And I forgot.....put the pedal back on
