I can source R32 GTR engines from Japan for around $3000 landed in Melbourne in one of our monthly containers. Will come with turbos, but usually not loom or ECU.

Don't waste your time and money dealing with this guy (thegtr)!

He use to try and sell bogus imaginary parts on EBAY as well....but was also found out there...as well.

It's in his blood and he will be out of hideing again to rip someone else off.
