Because I had this built for one of our customers....only to discover yesterday that he has a PUSH type clutch. I would have sold it to you otherwise. Im in this game to help not hinder.

how would this compare to a exedy 3 puck ceramic ? (cause its around the same price )

Would actually prefer a twin plate but dont have that kind of money right now so I was going to go with the above mentioned clutch to see how long it holds out.

well i placed a new hks triple plate in my car after having jims clutch and the triple plate does not feel as strong as jims clutch.

OK last question....is this clutch a rebuilt GTR clutch or is it one that has been fabricated by Jim himself from scratch?

Single plate, probably around 3300-3400 pounds clamping pressure. Probably rebuilt from a standard GTR clutch (or maybe a excedy HD clutch)

HP hard to say, If its the same clutch that DIRTgarage use it, they run over 400rwkw

Brand new modified excedy 10" pressure plate (standard GTR is 9.5"), carbotic 5 or 6 puck sprung centre. It has been setup and tested in house at Race Clutch, and is developing around 4500lb of clamping force. We have used the same clutch in our race car for nearly two seasons, and can't speak any more highly enough of its performance/longetivity. Our car is producing 411awkw and 467rwkw so it can certainly do its job.

Would it be a straight fit into my R33 gtr?

Im looking at making around 380rwkw, do u think it will hold up?

Just askin cause I had a exedy single plate with 3400 tonne pressure, 5 puk button and it only lasted 6 weeks. I've been told I will need a twin plate to hold up with the power I'll will be makin.
