Not really worth it since you can buy a 250gb HD retail for less than $230 and an external USB enclosure retails for $16... Oh and i'd rather buy from a PC hardware store where i could get a quick replacement instead of Aldi...

go to msy and pick a seagate SATA or IDE 250gb with 8mb cache for $190

buy a case like the previous owner said, and u're set.

I bought a Seagate 200gb drive (seemed big at the time ) and it's in a cheap a$$ aluminium USB2.0 case. cost under $200 all up.
