Help!?! Email Banned?

Hi when changing over ISP's my email had been banned with skylines australia before i even tried to change it. Please help i would like to use my current email address. Even my hotmail one says its in use.

Previous member name: Pimpin32

Email supposedly being in use which doesnt work either: [email protected]

I'm pretty sure westnet.com.au was the source of a whole bunch of spam attacks a month or two ago and the domain was banned....
