Door lock and sunroof stiffness query

I have had problems with the locks on my doors ehich are very stiff to open and lock. They lock and unlock fine by themselves but its very tough to turn the key in the lock - andnow the central locking doesnt work very often... as in te passenger side door just wont lock when i lock the driver door. I pulled out the lock about a month ago and sprayed all hinges associated with CrC which seemed to make a difference but now the problemhas come back.

Also with mysunroof, it will slide all the way back no problems but when i try to close it it gets stuck at certain points and needs a 'pull' to get it closed - this is obviously a lube issue and was wondering what i should use and how i should apply it.
