Hi there fellows, I,m having problems with me car at the moment, every time i change gears it coughs, I dont know if it's running to rich or to lean but it is very annoying to hear this! this started after the car came off the dyno 3 weeks ago .can anyone help me please? or heard of this happening before?

Prior to that , the car was running perfect, regards.

Ps: my ride is a R 34GT t.

Hi El Bee, it was just to find out what Kw it reached (power only).

I've never noticed the excess fuel pop before and I guess was worried after the dyno run.

Thanx for the reply, I feel alot better now!

The car clicked 234Kw... stock with factory ecu (impul) .

234kw at the rear wheels? Thats a very very high figure for a near stock GT-T. Where was the dyno run at? Sure you haven't got a GTR in disguise? :P

What colour is your GT-T? Keep seeing a few more around the place.

I've got all the basic mods and can't decide whether I can start the more expensive side with diminishing returns.

Blitz front mount

Profec B EBC

3.5" turbo back exhaust

Dump pipe

Unichip and unichip boost module

Oil cooler

Apexi super intake

Currently making 197rwkw at 12psi.

A stock GT-T will pull about 160-170rwkw. Stock turbo and bolt on mods good for ~200rwkw. Anything above this will require upgraded turbo or high flow. No chance in hell that a stocker will ever reach 234kw. Either there are some serious goodies in that engine bay or your dyno figure is very optimistic.

Please don't think I'm trying to have a go at you, I'm just very curious as to how you got such a very high figure.

yeah well some how i got 216rwkw out of my "stockish" 33 at the auto tech dyno, dyno's are not a real way of telling power they are made for tunning cars thats it!!!!!!!!

Sorry as for the poping mine pops like all crap and once and while it will shoot a flame
