Hi all

I've got a white faced set of Nismo guages in the dash of my car (R32 GTR),and the tacho looks like it's dead. I've had the most reliable instrumentation place locally (Canberra) diagnose it as no good, and my workshop double checked all things in the car that aid in it's function:they're all good,so it is,apparently, dead. I've looked at the complete unit, and all it looks like to me is a pretty front, with a heap of circuit board on the back-stuffed if I've got any idea. Can a new tacho (genuine or otherwise) be fitted/wired in ? I really don't want to change the whole unit,as it's got genuine km's on the speedo that'd be hard to replicate...plus being big bucks,I'd imagine. Any ideas? Has anyone had this happen to them? And how'd ya fix it? Reliable, fast places of repair? HELP!
