Can someone please let me know if this has been installed right?

Is it ok to have that second fuel pressure regulator without a vacuum hose to it?

regulatorInstall.jpg

The lowest pressure I can get it down to is about 48psi. I also had a Walbro fuel pump installed.

I'm also still having fueling issues. Up high I can only get the AFR's to be around 12:1 -> 12.7:1, and I'm only running 11psi!!!

My mods include: FMIC, full 3" exhaust from turbo back, high flow cat, pod in cold air box, greddy profec B spec 2, and power fc.

Do I need new injectors? I don't think it should be running that lean!!! :(

from the pic its right!!!!!!!!!!

put in a gauge on the side of the fuel regulator turn up to about 55psi ..or abit higher...this may help....if still haveing prob them get injector...

you may need ur power fc retune if u go higher psi...wat duty cycle r u running??is the duty c/c very high???...........wat power r u running???

Looks likes its done right. Does it have a base psi?

I'd say it probably wouldnt be able to go below "xx" or whatever.

Personally from what ive expirianced with my car

sell the regulator. Use the stock item, nothing wrong with them.

Get rid of the walbro also and get a Bosch item.

Use injectors in conjunction with the stock reg and decent pump and you wont have one iota of issue.

UPDATE:

The fpr wasn't installed correctly. There is now a t-piece to join the vacuum line with the yellow arrow to the bit in the yellow circle as well.

The fpr wasn't doing it's job and because this wasn't installed properly the car was leaning out in the top end with only 11psi and close to 100% duty cycle on the injectors.

Ben from UAS diagnosed the problem and fixed it right up. Also retuned... Results of that will be in a different thread.
