HKS coilovers

Hi guys

Would just like to get an idea on prices for a set of second hand HKS coilovers.

My mate is currently selling his car and has offered to sell me his coilovers in return for my springs (slightly lowered).

So how much should I offer him for the HKS ones ?

a lot of people want around 800 -1200 depending on how new, i sold a pair that were a few years old hypermax-d (drift model) for 600 including postage to QLD

they had some positives but generally they were way too hard and slow for for street use too much skipping around and easy loss of traction.

if i were u i would stay away from jap coilovers u are probably better off keeping your lowered springs and fitting bilsteins.

Just wanted an estimate on costs...

I dont think his is the drift model...I drove his car...and yes it is stiff but it handles very nice and doesnt skip.
