can u tell me how an LT8 will run a rb25. I was under the impression LT-8 would run 4 injectors and 4 spark plugs, hence the 8, and therefore only good for 4 cylinder and rotories. I was also under the impression you would need a LT12, LTX12 or LT12S to run a 6cylinder. Clarify please?

Mate LT8 are not just for 4cylinder cars .. I have one on a RB30 Calais .. if you dont want to re wirer u get a Lt12.. all ecu are made for more then the 4 cylinders /..

bump, pms sent, well ICE in Melbourne quoted me $1100 installed and tuned. And they are highly respected in the Victorian section!!!

Thanks for the nice remarks guys!!

PS: The Power FC was just a one off from a friend who was in a desperate situation.

Its best to use a LT12 for a 6 cyl car. You can make some additional outputs run the other injectors and use a LT8, but you don't get full functionality if doing so. In saying that you probably don't NEED FULL functionality of the ECU and they are a good unit.
