id say depends on how you want your tyres to wear... all the guys opinions are correct, but you need to watch your tyre wear and adjust accordingly to what you want.. higher pressure will wear the middle of the tread like baz said, and will not give as good traction (less surface area of tyre on the road) i have been told that the wider the tyre is the easier it is to wear the centre of the tread too because the tyre balloons in the centre more.. so to run a lower psi gives you more traction but wears the edges of the tread..
