My stock boost gauge in my GT-T has developed a mind of it's own recently. Intermittently it will just stop working completely and the needle will drop to the bottom of the gauge. My Greddy gauge keeps working fine when this happens and I often won't even notice it because I barely look at the stock gauge but I don't like things not working in my car.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Also exactly where does the stock gauge plumb into the engine so I can check if there is a loose hose?

Thanks

hey mate,

i've come across something similar where my stock boost guage would have weird readings or sometimes not even work at all. when i checked my hosing, there was split at the nipple where it attaches to the back of the plenum.

i've got an R33 but i'm assuming it should be the same on the r34s - look for a narrow rubber hose that goes from the back of the plenum to a lil black box in the corner of the engine bay on the drivers side...

good luck dood
