R34 Exhaust question

HEy people, i don't know where else to post this (i only check the SA section and for sale), so if it's the wrong spot i'm sorry.

I have a mate with a R34 GTT 2 door and he has offered me his aftermarket exhaust which is everything from the dump pipe back, so will have to bolt onto stock dump pipe. Now i have a R34 GTT 4 door. So I am wondering will this exhaust fit my car?? Will it need any mods to make it fit etc??

the exhaust should fit. You'll just need to add a bit more length to it after the cat either i the form of 3/3.5" depending on the diameter of the exhaust.

It wont fit. The extra length in the middle could be over come but the rear muffler will not be in the right place. It will be way too short. Compare your boot length to a 2 door and you'll understand. 4 door boot is much longer.

I am sure any exhaust workshop that is half decent could modify the exhaust to make it fit. Wouldn't cost you much at all, I would think. Go ask someone like Everlast at Ridgehaven. I was told that the 4 door exhaust is only 40mm longer than the 2 door one, but mount points are different - this is very easily recified though!
