Bloody R32s, excuse me but i'm growing to hate my R32(not)... :D

First it was an issue to find a decent pair of H3C, bought about 2pair of some local made blue ones and end up kept coming back for exchange for 3times cos' they kept blowing up.

I then bought a pair from Greenline ( Raybrig metal sand 4900k safe and legal ) for close to $90( ship included ) then waited for around a month for it to get here due to some public holiday in JP.

Well they work the treat but i need to bring/adjust the inner one ( left one ) up a bit so i can see better! I line the car up close to the wall and start adjust the screw at the back of the light, it did raised a bit but it won't go any further where i want it to ( you might think i want to blind ppl but belive me my lights shine distance is really short, even after i raise it up ).

What else can i do, i once remember on one of my old car, if i need to raise my driving lights up i'b need to raise the high beam up first then the driving ones rite? If i make any sense at all.

Thanks
