Is Carbon Bonnet On R34 Skyline Legal In Nsw?

hey guys im getting a carbon fibre bonnet for my r34 gtt, now i have heard different things about whether its legal or not in different states. some say they are legal if the car is a pre 95 model, others reckon as long as they are not "vented towards the windscreen" then they are fine. can anyone clarify these rules for nsw?

It will have to be engineered to be legal anyway, so find one and ask him / her what bonnets are OK. Then go buy one from the list provided, and have them sign off on it.

Depending on construction some definitely aren't, so there's no simple "Yes / No" answer.

well, young and cool, I think it is.. will insure you with the bonnet. but if anything happens to the car they will not replace ithe CB one you will get a normal bonnet back instead. but as to wether or not for different year cars and the face of the vents etc. I dont know
