hey megala or any1 that knows r33 turbos

i just took my turbo off my rb20 about 30 mins ago,i was planning to swap it with a r33 turbo that i got for cheap,only thing is i dont thinks its a r33 turbo, is there numbers i should be looking for or can u actually tell the difference by looking at it,

theres some number that say

16v 10 on the front with 16v b on the exaust side

and

16v 9 on the front with 16v e on the exaust side,

which 1 is bigger or are they the same,i need to know ASAP cause i gotta get my money back and go buy either another r33 turbo or a vg30 turbo

farked if I knwo I ahve photos of the r33 turbo did it fit or not?

you do need to =get the out let pipe modified for it to fit for the r33 turbo. the exhaust wheel whould be aroud 48 mm the rb20 should be about 42 mm

25 turbo should have .... 45V 16v is the lil guy rb20 vg20 etc

If i can remember right:

16v is rb20

45v1 is vg30bb

45v2 "

45v4 is rb25 turbo

16V 10 is RB20 turbo, 45 V4 is RB25 turbo. I got both

The RB25DET Turbo has a larger compressor wheel compared to the VG30 turbo but a smaller exhaust wheel.
