:chairshot i have recently bought a 81" dato 2.4 l-24e skyline for like 300$

it is miss firing i believe on no 1 or 5 Cyl, and i think i may have blown a valve. but i was told it could be the cam. since i am a complete retard and have now mech exp, would n e one want to come and help me / teach me how to rectify my problem?

You might find it is something simple like a spark plug.

start by putting in a new set.

this happeened to me when i bought my r30.

I thought it was something serious but a new set of plugs fixed it

Check your water temp sensor. EGR vavle. Sparkplugs, Leads. Dizzy plug's. Clean all Contact points. And clean your ECU plug. Also check to see your fuel pump comander plugs are clean and its getting stable voltage,

Also it is possible your AFM is bung, "bung" :D ALso unplug your TPS, and your o2 sensor and see how it goes. ONly if it keeps doing it after new plugs and leads
