has anybody had any dealings with 33apx? i bought his hks 2535 off him 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. i did an exchange of my standard turbo plus cash adjustment. he has told me many excuses but now he isnt responding. i'm getting pretty worried now, what should i do???

hmm sounds like u have been ripped off, so many people have been scammed from this site and others.

next time u wanna buy something from some1 and u dont know them u should get some more personal info off them ie: house address, home phone number etc

i have his address but thats it, i checked with Auspost and theres no recollection of anything being sent. he said he sent it express on tuesday. from reading other posts ppl say his a reliable guy, why is he stuffing me around so much?

No, but maybe ask the moderators to see if he's been online. If he has, and isn't doing shit, then you got an issue! If he hasn't been online there might be a simple real reason... like being in hospital after writing off his car.

You really need to use common sense when dealing with things of value and cash online!

You wouldn’t buy a $2000 watch of some guy on the street or you wouldn’t buy anything off a eBay seller with no feedback, so why would you buy something of a substantial value from some random person on a forum?

You can’t do random deals with strangers involving large sums of money... You will get ripped off half the time... What’s the point?

There are so many safe ways to do business, like buying local or buying from a reputable dealer or store.
