haha. yeah the simple minds we have here in the A.C.T are easily carried away

speak to mick R31DET on here. i believe he'd know a bloke or two. otherwise, do the whole run around and get quotes thing. fyshwick would be the place to start... but i'd check back here before committing to anything. there's some dodgy pannel shops our side of the woods!

d

i had a few things done at newgel and personally would not recommend them. The price i payed i think was ok but considering they didnt do as asked i was a bit peeved plus noted that the job they did was not up to the standard i would have expected of a place of their stature.

So does anyone actually have any more suggestions for a spray painter as was requested when the thread was started?

Or maybe some contact details for the ones that were suggested?

Might help lol.

If you're happy to travel(an hour's drive),I know one of the top painters in Australia...who's also my brother! He's normally snowed under, work wise, but you may want to talk to him anyway...

As for locally,Tony Farugia's is the top pick, but they're hard to get into, and selective of the cars they work on. J Racing have turned out some cool jobs for a reasonable price;give Jerry or Adrian a buzz...

My mum had to take her car their through an insurance claim. They did a top job but there customer service was weak as piss.

Apparently one of their guys was off sick for a week and to deal with the backlog of cars yet to be done they pulled my mum's car from the que. Fair enough, except they neglected to call her and tell her that they had done this. She had to call them up and chase after them on a few different occassions. The delayed job caused problems with the curtousy car and stuff as well. Seemed like a bit of a hassle to me.

Like i said though, when she finally got it back they'd done a damn good job.
