They're the paper type gaskets - they look like cardboard with foil on them and then dimpled (hope you know what I'm talking about)

If you're installing them, do yourself a favour and get a set of genuine nissan turbo-to-dump metal gaskets

id assume trust know what there on about and supply the best gasket possible.?

Ronin said turbo --> dump. I see no turbo --> dump gaskets in the trust set (unless they aren't photographed but still included).
