how to tell N1 block from std one

if any one has any info on how to tell a n1 block from a standard item please post as need info: engine numbers or casting numbers if possible

Standard R32 GTR block has '05U' cast into the block on the exhaust side (low down somewhere from memory). N1 block will have '24U' somewhere in the same area.

As far as I know.....mines stock and that's what it has on the side....

Most N1 Blocks don't have an engine number on them either

It just says RB26 and that all.
