Don't know about the bar but it looks a lot like this picture was taken at Jetspeed at Liverpool NSW.

Looks like it might be a GTR bar with the Trust/Gracer front lip, not sure but it looks similar.

Abcent's car is a genuine R33 N1 bumper, with a series 2/3 lip

The front bar is deff a gtr one. not 2 sure on the lip tho.. But it does look everygd.. wouldnt mind the same thing when i get mine..
