HKS fuel rail larger capacity?

Basic question , an after market hks Fuel rail, to suit RB26 in gtr . Two sizes , 11mm or 10.5 injector ports, will the capacity of either one be same in the fuel rail it's self.

That is to say, will the 11mm hold or flow more fuel , i would personnaly think not.

2nd question. What is a good fuel regulator up grade to suit this rail, that will fit on with minimal fuss and has rising rate and good flow and reg ability

a good regulator to use the aeromotive i am using one right now and one of my friend is using one too on his rb26 with the stock rail 1000cc injectors and making 860hp i have the same set up in my car did not take it to the dyno yet but i am sure it is goin to make good power.
