David, 114.3 4 hole is available.

Offsets to suit most Japanese models.

Cefiro's have an offset of +35 front and rear (or thereabouts)

$1880 rims only.

$2600 tyres attached.

secondly, the only wheels that fit the GTR are the Konig range.
