White skyline paint code?

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

My white R33 has a scrape on its body kit (my driveway sucks).

So I head off to repco to get some touch up paint only to be told that they dont stock paint for imported cars, and go to a panel beaters who can knock me up a batch.

Has anyone touched up their white R33s? if so what code paint did you use, or do you know what the nearest match is?

There doesnt seem to be any paint codes on my car, the plates in the engine bay are pretty cryptic and the door labels only have tyre information

QM1 - white for mine was called Polar White by Repco when they mixed up a spray can full for me, it was a perfect match.

Just a tip, to touch up the paint get a small paintbrush, the type used by art students - 30 cents each from hardware house, so buy plenty!

Spray a small amount on the inside of the spray can's cap or any small container. Use the paintbrush to dip it in the paint and paint the scraped parts of your bodykit or chipped parts of body panels.

The results were amazing for me can't see any scrapes at all

Sorry its not Repco, it was actually at Autobarn in Blacktown. All these car parts places are the same to me lol

Really helpful staff, they even came out to the carpark and checked the plate to make sure its right.

Sorry for the mis-information
