I don’t know why my car keeps shutting itself or stalling but it’s a big issue when it is an auto. Anyway the story goes if my car is in neutral for 5mins then I press the brake its stall or if I go up a hill then I press brake its stall. Also I’ve notices one thing because it’s a R34 I have 3 gauges, the battery gauge always moves rapidly for no reason could the stalling comes from the grounding problem of is there a wiring problem? I really need help, please feel free to input your answer or any feedbacks but please no stupid comments.

My car will be in service this Friday but if I could fine out the problems I can talk to the guys at AUTOFORCE so they can sort it out for me.

Sounds like the battery might need to be changed I got a sim prob with a old EA I owned it would only just tick over and when I stoped it would die turned out to be the battery. So your battery gauge might be telling the truth just see how much life it has just before it stalls....

Just a thought.

Check your battery terminals for corrosion and also to make sure it's all bolted together tight.

I think it is wiring related, something has come loose. Your battery is probably ok or you would have mentioned that it goes flat.

It could be a stuffed alternator although probably not or your battery would be dead.

One other thing I just though of; if there is a short somewhere in your brake light circuit it could cause problems. Maybe there is a wire hanging loose near your brake pedal. Do your brake lights work? Do they cause other lights to go dim with engine off?
