I have heard of this happening quite a lot, I owned a Mk4 supra before the GTR, and its a very common issue with supra and HKS, the material the outer teeth are made from isnt strong enough or durable, hence they eventually wear after time, to add to this, they are a feeble 3 bolt gear (as opposed to a 4 bolt), so in high horsepower applications its actually possible to sheer the bolts ending in catastrophy.

A case of just because it has HKS on it, dosent mean its actually good :chairshot
