Axle tramp

I get axle tramp in 1st in a stock Gts-t r33. The car came with Hankook Ventus K104 tyres. 205/55/16. Is it the tyres or somthing else. Only really happens when i give it a bit on take off. Is it normal?

i got the same with some 255/40/18 falken tyres. launching just sucks and i'm only running 170rwkw in non-shootout.

I still had axle tramp after putting aftermarket suspension on the car. Fitting some pineapples (do a search if you're not sure) solved 90% of axle tramp from that point.

this may be help to you.

i thought i was getting axle tramp when i first bought my car, it utrned out to be

the centre bearing banging around, it's sound very similar. i fitted pineapples

and suspension before i found out what was happening this!!

centre bearings are not very expensive and since then i have been in numerous cars with the exact same problem.

late reply i know, axle tramp to me was bit extreme when someone told me. Coz its just stock, and only really happens in the wet, or if i launch it droping the clutch a bit. Anoying as hell, rear jumping up and down while trying to accelerate vibrating the hell out of the car. Im gunna replace the centre bearings.
