Do I have this in my car ?

Nissan Skylines aren't OBD or OBD2 compatible.

Nissan ECU's are compatible with Nissan's "Consult" standard only.

And you can buy consult interface cables on the forums, and there are a number of pieces of software that can read the outputs. You can also check error codes and do some basic trouble shooting like stopping individual cylinders
