P Plater and new laws

Hey all

Im not sure what to do. i got done for neg driving about a month ago, i recived the fine in the mail, now i think im gonna loose my licence for it. My question is: if i loose my licence after the 11th of this month (new p plater turbo laws) for an offence i commited before the laws came in, will i still be aloud to drive my car when i get my licence back?

what are u on Red or Green P?

i think the laws are the same for all NSW P platers.
