I have hks pro, I think on my new gtr. The dude I bought it off knew nothing but they are height adjustable and have a cylinder on the side with a air shroider valve underneath and a bolt on top.

Does anyone know how to set this stuff up, my front seems a bit harder than the rear.

My best guess would be that it is a bound/rebound adjustment, which will allow you to control the shock-absorber rate. This should give you much better ability to adjust your suspension setup. I'd suggest taking it to a suspension specialist to have it properly adjusted.

If they are like the proflex then it is Nitrogen filled but at 12 bar. Do NOT try a normal gauge to check it. It will not change the bump / rebound by varying the pressure ( that is the valvings job ) but if it is low , can cause of softness and bottom out easy.
