how do you mount a FMIC om a r33

hi guys just wondering how do mount a fmic on a r33 s2 front bar and where do you put you numberplate. do you just chop the grill thing thats inside the bar.

is that what the pic of the silver 33 has had done.

if i could see some of you fronts that would help me figure out what to do and where to have my plate

hahah my front bar got chopped hard. and yea u gta chop the black grill bit inside the front bar. i left my plate where it was.. and also u gta chop a fair bit off under the fog/blinker lights. piping wont allow room. hope that was some help

take the number plate off, dril the holes on the bottom row of the number plate.

the normal holes are on the top row, just match the same location but on bottom row under the letters and numbers and then mount it back on using those holes instead of the standard vic number plate holes. also turn the mount brackets upwards by just moving them. when this is done the plate sits a lot higher without having to do any major changes, takes 2 seconds. the silver 33 is mine. http://members.dodo.com.au/paul/pics/mycar...ge4/page_01.htm

did you hace to do many mods to the bar appart from crop the grill bit out, and what brand of cooler is and was it a compleate kit

the middle black "bars" or vanes have to be cut and a little from the side parts where the fog lamps / indicators are. its a no name hybrid cooler, didnt come as a kit

i just completed fitting my fmic a few days ago. i had to chop out a fair bit of the back of my front bar to get the fmic to fit.

can you see from the outside under the fog lamps where you have cut
