Fix/Sanding/Respraying Frontbar

Hey,

Just after some help, im damage my front bar again This time i've got about 3weeks free (yay holidays) so im going to fix it right.

Im going to go with the basic sets of

1.clean frontbar

2.place fiberglass matts

3.Bog (or fiberglass with metal reinforcments)

Then i would like to sand down the front and respray it, Does anyone have any idea what type of sand paper i should uses to sand the front down, so its ready to be primed.

Also how much bog/fiberglass should i uses, as i only uses abit before and when i hit the front bar again this time, it seems to hold pretty good, also what method should i uses to remove the bog which i put on the frontbar in the beinging?
